First of all, I went to my usual Boots for the eye test to be told I was in the wrong place ( both Boots are in Long Causeway). I was unaware that you had bought up the other opticians ( Dolland and Aichison, I think)- I think you ought to point out that there are two Boots just around the corner from each other. I am disabled and also have angina so by the time I reached the other Boots I was breathless. I have NEVER been so long with an eye test - it was almost TWO hours long - I hour 50 minutes. Surely, you would consider this to be too long for an eye appointment? Altogether, I wasn't very happy with the experience.

last appointment took a very long time because optician was not registered and had her worked checked. first assistant I saw seemed very inexperienced and did not make me feel comfortable during air pressure tests.

To be honest my first pair of glasses were slightly wrong and I had problems with the reading. I returned to Boots, Long Causeway, where Josh arranged for the glasses to be remade. Two weeks later, I returned to collect my glasses, where again Josh took great care in fitting them correctly. This time they are spot on, Thank you for your time and concern Josh. I fully appreciate that the staff in the branch do not actually make the glasses on site, and sometimes this can be wrong, but the sign of good staff, is how they put the error right!
